Refund Policy for Booking Appointments

  • “We,” “our,” “us” refers to Lux Aesthetics.
  • “You,” “your,” “client” refers to the user or customer of our services.

At Lux Aesthetics, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service and satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for booking appointments, including deposits, Klarna payments, credit card transfers, and PayPal transfers.

1. Deposits

  • Booking Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your total treatment cost.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Klarna Payments

You can choose to pay using Klarna. Klarna will provide you with specific payment terms.

  • Refunds via Klarna: If you paid for your treatment using Klarna and are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed through Klarna. The refund will be subject to Klarna’s terms and conditions, and may take several business days to reflect in your account.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment according to our cancellation policy, the refund of any payments made via Klarna will be handled as per Klarna’s refund policy.
  • Disclaimer: Non-refundable deposit options are excluded and not applicable with Klarna payments. Klarna cannot be used to pay deposits.

3. Credit Card Transfers

  • Refunds via Credit Card: If you paid for your treatment using a credit card, eligible refunds will be processed back to the original credit card used for payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment according to our cancellation policy, we will refund any payments made via credit card, minus the non-refundable deposit.

4. PayPal Transfers

  • Refunds via PayPal: If you paid for your treatment using PayPal, eligible refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment according to our cancellation policy, we will refund any payments made via PayPal, minus the non-refundable deposit.

5. General Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for the prepaid portion of services if canceled or rescheduled according to our cancellation policy. The non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
